The core of the blade is made of V-Gold-10 steel, which is known for its corrosion resistance and impressive hardness of 61±1 HRC. The blade remains sharp even with intensive use if it is looked after carefully. With a weight of approx. 0.22 kg, the knife enables fatigue-free work in the kitchen.
