Your tasks:
- Warmly greeting and welcoming customers to make a positive first impression
- Friendly reception of customer enquiries and requests
- Responsibility for the cash register and correct processing of transactions
- Careful processing of sales contracts to ensure a proper process
- Competent operation of the telephone switchboard and forwarding calls to the appropriate departments
Your profile:
- You are characterised by excellent communication skills and can respond to individual customer needs
- You enjoy working with people
- Your commercial and organisational skills enable you to handle customer matters with precision
- You are able to work independently and keep a clear head even in hectic situations
