Your tasks:

You will be responsible for securing and monitoring the lifts, ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems
You will also be responsible for liaising and coordinating appointments with external bodies and service providers
You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work on all systems
You are the contact person for our managers and look after both the locking and alarm systems
You will carry out minor repairs and maintenance work independently

Your profile:

Ideally, you have successfully completed training, e.g. as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, locksmith or similar
You have a high level of commitment and responsibility and very good manual dexterity
You are characterised by good communication skills and flexibility with regard to working hours
Training as a safety or fire protection officer is desirable
You also have good IT skills (MS Office)
