The PIANO armchair from rom’s VERSATO collection impresses with its ability to be finely tailored to your personal preferences. There are five different foam qualities to choose from – ranging from classic polyurethane foam to Bultex and Viscotex with a viscoelastic layer, right through to pocket spring cores with Bioflex foam. This means you can tailor the seating comfort to your exact preferences, whether you prefer it soft and yielding or firm and supportive. The PIANO also offers flexibility when it comes to seat height, adjusting to three different heights to suit any build.

With the PIANO armchair, you can choose between the Compact and Basic armrest options, depending on whether you prefer a sleek or a slightly more substantial look. Those seeking even greater comfort can enhance their armchair with practical features: a smooth recline adjustment, the relaxing ‘Cardio-Relax’ position where the feet are slightly above heart level, an electric ‘Vario’ seat depth adjustment, or soothing heating for the seat and lumbar support. Headrest adjustment is also available, as well as – on the Smartchair – a practical 90-degree swivel function.
