This unique kamado grill is largely made of high-quality ceramic, which insulates the heat and emits a different kind of heat radiation. This keeps your food juicy and tender while cooking it slowly and evenly. The temperature can be kept constant thanks to the ceramic construction and the degree can be precisely regulated. Grilling, smoking, baking, steaming and slow cooking - all this is possible on the kamado.
The grill has a grilling surface of 47.8 cm and an overall size of approx. 130x114x73 cm, so it offers plenty of space for your culinary creations. A grill rack and side shelves are included in the scope of delivery. The temperature range is 110°-370° and the fuel is charcoal, which guarantees an authentic barbecue flavour.
Cleaning the Kamado barbecue is quick and easy. The barbecue cleans itself by burning at 260°C for 30 minutes to burn off all residues and soiling. However, if a lot of soot has built up, you can use a brush or the tool provided to remove carbon deposits. Avoid using water or other cleaning agents inside the grill. You can use a non-abrasive cleaning agent to clean the grills and grates once the appliance has cooled down completely. Please note that the barbecue is NOT dishwasher safe.
For long-term storage, the kamado should be stored frost-free, preferably indoors in winter. If you store the kamado grill outdoors when not in use, please allow it to cool down completely and cover it with a suitable rain cover.
