A grill rack and side shelves are included, so you have enough space to prepare your delicacies. Cleaning is a breeze: the kamado cleans itself by burning at 260°C for 30 minutes so that all residues and dirt are burnt off. However, you can also use a brush or the tool supplied to remove carbon deposits. However, avoid using water or cleaning agents.
For storage, you should allow the kamado to cool down completely outdoors when not in use and then cover it with a suitable rain cover. Store it frost-free and place it indoors in winter.
