Hi, I’m Arla – your chest of drawers with storage space, finished in black velvet. My name comes from Swedish and means ‘early’ – like the peaceful start to a day, which begins with everything neatly tidied away in me.
My black velvet cover feels soft to the touch and gives me an elegant, deep colour. Measuring 95 cm wide, 37 cm deep and 43 cm high, I have a compact design, and inside I conceal storage space – handy for blankets, cushions or bits and bobs that shouldn’t be left lying about. Weighing around 9 kg, I’m easy to move and, thanks to my shallow depth, I fit even in narrow hallways.
In the hallway, at the foot of the bed or in the living room, I’m a bench and storage space all in one. When the blankets are stowed away and guests arrive, I turn into an extra seat in no time at all. My black velvet adds a touch of elegance to both modern and classic interiors.
