Your tasks:
- Acting as the first point of contact for our customers during the entire sales process
- Determining the individual needs of our customers and providing competent and empathetic customer advice
- Proper processing of your customer orders
- Checking order confirmations and ensuring correct order processes
Your profile:
- You have completed training in retail or have a comparable qualification
- You enjoy selling and advising customers and are particularly keen to do so
- You are very communicative and appreciate contact with different people
- You are characterised by qualities such as friendliness and reliability
