THE RIGHT GRILL

Which type of barbecue is right for you depends on how often you use it, your budget and the space you have available. We explain the differences between the various appliances and give tips on which barbecue is right for you.

CHARCOAL BARBECUE - THE RUSTIC ONE

At 73 per cent, the charcoal kettle barbecue is by far the most popular barbecue appliance. It offers an original barbecue experience with fire, embers, Rauch and smoke. Once the charcoal has glowed thoroughly, which takes around 30 minutes, the classic kettle barbecue can be used for both direct and indirect grilling.

Smokers are large, heavy barbecue appliances that are suitable for grilling, cooking and smoking. Grilled dishes with long cooking times, such as spare ribs and brisket, are particularly successful with the smoker.
