You can make a difference with us

We place great importance on giving our trainees the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. We want to give them the chance to demonstrate their skills right from the start. Through their own projects, they can put their skills to the test, contribute to the team and develop their own ideas. By working on exciting projects, we also aim to encourage our trainees to work both independently and as part of a team.

Social media" project

Our trainees provided great ideas for the implementation of digital media

This was the experience of our trainees:

"For our project, we analyzed Ehrmann's current social media footprint and proposed strategies for scaling and optimization. Throughout this period, all members of the team leveled up and acquired numerous key competencies. For instance, collaborating within a team, stepping outside their comfort zone, and managing a project autonomously. As a team, we are thrilled to have been given this opportunity and look forward to future exciting projects."

"On-boarding" project

To ensure the best possible welcome for new employees, our trainees put forward numerous suggestions for digitising our welcome folder

This was the experience of our trainees:

"Working together in a group on our own project was a lot of fun! We worked independently and together as a team, which not only allowed us all to get to know each other better, but also to take responsibility for redesigning the welcome folder ourselves. Of course, that’s a huge responsibility for a group to bear. I’m delighted that the project is now being realised and I’m looking forward to seeing the end result."

"Employer branding" project

Our trainees gathered creative ideas to optimise our trade fair stand

This was the experience of our trainees:

"We particularly enjoyed the trade fair planning project as we were able to give free rein to our creativity. At the beginning, we gathered ideas on how we could improve our current trade fair stand and mainly focused on topics such as design and promotional items. By working together for months, we got to know each other better and grew through the tasks."

"Waste Separation" project

In the spirit of sustainability, our trainees developed a concept for better waste separation

This was the experience of our trainees:

"We did a lot of research and discussion in our group to decide on the best ideas. In addition to a regulated waste separation system and composting, we are proud that our suggestions have been taken into account and are being planned. We enjoyed working together on the solutions and doing something for our sustainability. It was great that we trainees were able to initiate such an important topic and that our ideas were even implemented."
