You can make a difference with us

We attach great importance to giving our trainees the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. We want to give them the opportunity to demonstrate their skills right from the start. Through their own projects, they can test their skills and contribute and develop their own ideas. By working on exciting projects, we also want to encourage our trainees to work independently and as part of a team.

Social media" project

Our trainees provided great ideas for the implementation of digital media

This was the experience of our trainees:

"For our project, we analysed the current status of Ehrmann's social media presence and put forward suggestions for expansion and improvement. During this time, all participants in the group developed further and gained many essential skills. For example, working within a team, going beyond the usual comfort zone and managing a project independently. As a group, we are delighted to have been given this opportunity and look forward to further exciting projects."

On-boarding" project

For an optimal employee welcome, our trainees provided numerous suggestions for digitising our welcome folder

This was the experience of our trainees:

"Working together in a group on our own project was a lot of fun! We worked independently and together in a team, which not only allowed us all to get to know each other better, but also to realise the redesign of the welcome folder on our own responsibility. Of course, that's a huge responsibility to bear as a group. I'm delighted that the project is now being realised and I'm looking forward to seeing the end result."

Employer branding" project

Our trainees collected creative ideas to optimise our trade fair stand

This was the experience of our trainees:

"We particularly enjoyed the trade fair planning project as we were able to give free rein to our creativity. At the beginning, we collected ideas on how we could improve our current trade fair stand and mainly focussed on topics such as design and giveaways. By working together for months, we got to know each other better and grew with the tasks."

Waste Separation" project

In the spirit of sustainability, our trainees developed a concept for better waste separation

This was the experience of our trainees:

"We did a lot of research and discussion in our group to decide on the best ideas. In addition to a regulated separation system and compost, we are proud that our suggestions have been taken into account and are being planned. We enjoyed working together on the solutions and doing something for our sustainability. It was great that we trainees were able to initiate such an important topic and that our ideas were even implemented."
