Ehrmann Academy
Become a professional
In order to provide our employees with a wide range of opportunities for upskilling and reskilling, we have established the Ehrmann Academy as a platform for internal training programs.
Ulrike Kühn – our sales rep
Who is Ms Kühn?
Ms Kühn works in our HR department and specialises in personnel development. She initially trained as a retail assistant and successfully passed her examination to become a retail specialist. Over the course of her career, she has gained various certifications, including the AdA licence, NLP practitioner certification, and certifications as a specialist trainer in accordance with EN ISO 17024 and as a DISG trainer. Today, she mainly focuses on the further development of our employees and organises onboarding seminars for new team members.

Michael Eitel – our assembly hero
Who is Mr Eitel?
Mr Eitel has been closely involved with our products since his training as a carpenter and continues to work closely with them. He worked as a kitchen fitter until 2015 and has continuously worked on his personal development. Since then, he has been responsible for the training and further education of our furniture and kitchen fitters. He has been part of our company since 2022 and is available to all our fitters as a contact person for any queries.
Gerd Lorenz – our kitchen expert
Who is Mr Lorenz?
Mr Lorenz has continuously pursued further training and obtained numerous certifications, including certified sales manager, key account manager and the AdA certificate. He has been firmly established in the furniture industry since 1995 and has been head of our kitchen academy since 1 October 2021. In this role, he is responsible for the further training of our employees and the comprehensive preparation of our trainees for their new tasks.
