This bed has foam padding and can support a load of up to 300 kg. The lying height is a comfortable 30 cm. With an assembly weight of around 66.63 kg, you don't have to compromise between stability and comfort. Assembly is straightforward if you check the accessories before starting assembly and assemble it on a soft surface. The slatted frame is included, but the mattress is not.
