Your profile
Are you already familiar with your working environment? Would you like to get to know the processes and backgrounds in other shops or departments? Are you ready to leave your comfort zone and go travelling for six months? Work & Travel gives you the chance to get to know other Ehrmann branches and departments. For this exciting opportunity, you'll need the independence and flexibility to fit into a new environment. A completed apprenticeship and at least 1.5 years of experience in a department are required. Your bags should always be packed, as you will be moving to a new department or shop every four weeks.
Contents of the programme
You can expect an exciting six months in which you will get to know two shops in other regions. At the same time, a different Work & Travel colleague from each of the other shops or departments will be packing their bags, so that you will be swapped on a rotational basis. The purpose of the programme is to gain experience, generate success and gain a comprehensive insight into the processes. You spend four weeks in each branch or department, familiarising yourself with the work processes there and applying the knowledge you have gained directly. Your work in the order centre, scheduling, warehouse delivery and customer care completes the training.
