For around 90 years, Voglauer has paid tribute to wood as a raw material. The small joinery business in Abtenau has grown into an internationally successful company with more than 400 employees, which is known above all for its innovative interpretation of Alpine elements. To this day, Voglauer is a family-run business.
As a traditional manufacturer of natural wood furniture, Voglauer proves time and again that originality, innovation and modern design are not contradictory. The furniture is made by people who live the craft in the region. This can be felt in the clever functions for more comfort, whereby high demands are placed on functionality and ergonomics in addition to contemporary design.
Ever since its beginnings in Abtenau, Voglauer has combined the design language of Alpine living with an eye for contemporary living. Clean lines meet warm, rustic elements – resulting in pieces of furniture that effortlessly blend tradition and modernity and bring their own character to life in any home.
Voglauer has already been honoured with numerous prestigious prizes and awards. These include the Red Dot Award and the German Design Award, which recognise the company's design and innovative strength. In addition, further honours - also for the social commitment towards employees - confirm the high level of expertise and value orientation of Voglauer.
