How do they work?
Spring core mattresses consist of steel springs inside, which are arranged differently depending on the design (e.g. Bonell, pocket or barrel pocket spring core). These provide good ventilation and support for the body either at certain points or over the entire surface.
Cold foam mattresses - flexible, light, adaptable
How do they work?
Cold foam mattresses are made of open-cell polyurethane foam. This adapts to the body and, depending on the zone structure, provides targeted support for individual parts of the body such as the shoulders, lumbar region and hips.
