Our Senior Advancement Programme builds on the successful Junior Programme. Over 12-18 months, you will have the opportunity to manage your own area and coordinate at least one employee. Our aim is to give you the skills to work independently and further develop your leadership skills. Prepare yourself to take on new challenges and take your career to the next level.

Your profile
You have successfully completed the Junior Advancement Programme or have a comparable qualification. You are aiming for a managerial position and want to develop yourself further. You are ready to learn intensively and take on responsibility over the next 12 to 18 months.
Contents of the programme
Your tasks will cover various areas, including strategies to increase merchandise sales in sales and the use of dashboards to monitor and analyse key figures. You will be responsible for the effective management and optimisation of the sales process as well as the coordination and planning of the carpenter's work. Your tasks will also include organising and conducting sales visits and applying techniques and strategies for successful price negotiations. You will also use mystery shopping for quality control and analyse the results. You will take on the management of an employee and be responsible for your own area. You will work closely with department heads and store managers to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
