At the heart of Recozy lies the fusion of design and modern manufacturing technology. Each product is built up layer by layer using 3D printing, enabling delicate patterns, curved lines and bespoke shapes that would otherwise be virtually impossible to achieve in mass production. Development and production take place in Germany – ensuring that development and manufacturing remain closely interlinked.
The material used is plastic filament, which is processed layer by layer in a 3D printer to form the finished objects. This process enables small production runs and bespoke, custom-made items that would not be possible using traditional casting methods.
