Recipes for barbecues

We therefore show you our favourite recipes for a delicious and relaxed barbecue party.

Recipes

Light, summery dishes are the perfect start to an enjoyable barbecue evening. Surprise your guests with creative combinations and unusual flavours. Whether served hot or cold, our appetising recipes will put you in a good mood and leave you wanting more.

Appetiser: Aubergine sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 aubergine
  • 100 g halloumi cheese
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • salt & pepper
  • salad leaves

And this is how it works:

  1. Cut the washed aubergine and halloumi into slices approx. 1 cm thick and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
  2. Briefly place the slices of bread on the grill and then spread with tahini.
  3. Season the aubergine slices with salt and pepper and arrange on the bread slices together with the halloumi and lettuce leaves.

Main course: Tortilla flatbread with tuna and avocado

Ingredients:
  • 8 small tortilla patties
  • 500 g tuna
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • salt & pepper
  • parsley
  • 1/4 red or white cabbage
And this is how it works:
  1. Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut the flesh into thin slices and drizzle with lime juice.
  2. Wash the thinly sliced cabbage and parsley and spin dry.
  3. Wash the tuna fillets, pat dry, brush with olive oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Briefly warm the tortilla flatbreads on the grill.
  5. Cut the tuna fillets into strips and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fill the tortilla flatbreads with the tuna and avocado. Sprinkle with strips of cabbage and parsley.

Dessert: S'Mores

Ingredients:

  • 4 wooden skewers
  • 8 shortbread biscuits
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 8 pieces of milk or dark chocolate
And it's as simple as this:
  1. Placetwo marshmallows on wooden skewers and hold them over the grill until they have softened and taken on colour.
  2. Spreadtwo pieces of chocolate on each of 4 biscuits , then place the hot marshmallows and another biscuit on top.
  3. Then wait 2 minutes until the chocolate has melted and the marshmallows have cooled slightly.
