Your tasks:
- Acting as the first point of contact for our customers during the entire sales process
- Identifying the individual needs of our customers and providing competent and empathetic customer advice
- Designing creative furnishing concepts and contributing to ensuring our customers' ongoing satisfaction
- Proper processing of your customer orders, from planning to delivery
- Checking order confirmations and ensuring correct order processes
Your profile:
- You have completed training in retail or have a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have experience in working with the KPS planning programme
- You enjoy selling and advising customers and are particularly keen to do so
- Your specialist knowledge enables you to offer comprehensive advice and your creativity gives the furnishing solutions that certain something
- You value contact with different people and are enthusiastic about planning and realising individual furnishing concepts together
