Your tasks:

In your role, you are the first point of contact for our customers throughout the entire sales process
Determining the individual needs of our customers and providing competent and empathetic customer advice are among your main tasks
You will design creative furnishing concepts and help to ensure that customer satisfaction is always guaranteed
You will be responsible for the proper processing of customer orders, from planning to delivery
You will be responsible for checking order confirmations and ensuring that orders are processed correctly

Your profile:

You have completed training in retail or have a comparable qualification
Ideally, you have experience in using the KPS planning programme
You enjoy selling and advising customers and are particularly keen to do so
Your specialist knowledge enables you to offer comprehensive advice and your creativity gives the furnishing solutions that certain something
You value contact with different people and enjoy planning and realising individual furnishing concepts together
