Herstera Garden was founded in the early 1970s by Dieter Hertelt in Germany as a small factory for metal grilles and balcony tub supports. In the early 1990s, his son Thomas Hertelt, attracted by the growth and modernity of Barcelona of the Olympic Games, wanted to expand the market area of these products. In 1992, Jordi Sabaté joined this project as a partner and shareholder, bringing new ideas and perspectives.
