Your tasks:
- In your role, you will be responsible for the personnel, organisational and commercial management of our Trendhaus furniture department
- You will work closely with HR Development to ensure that your employees receive the best possible training and development and thus contribute to their personal success and the success of the department
- You will be responsible for achieving the agreed sales and costing targets using your expertise and strategic thinking
- You are committed to advising customers and are also the first point of contact for your employees throughout the entire sales process
- You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are placed correctly and for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed training in the retail sector, which provides you with a solid basis for this position
- Ideally, you already have professional experience as a department manager, preferably in the furniture industry
- You have strong people management skills and know how to create a motivating working environment
- Good communication skills are a matter of course for you in order to work successfully with your team and other departments
- You are characterised by your own initiative and high quality of implementation, as you take responsibility for important goals and implement them effectively.
