With your 3-year dual study programme, you will alternately combine sound theory with applied practice and ideally prepare yourself for a responsible position
In the theoretical phases, you will study at the DHBW Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe and learn about the focal topics of retail, such as the basics of business administration, human resources management and strategic retail marketing
Your studies will focus on familiarising you with economic interrelationships, which you can deepen in various departments such as our administration department
Your tasks will also include advising our customers, designing living concepts, presenting the goods on display and selling our high-quality products
During your studies, you will also gain an insight into our logistics centre, including route planning, delivery and customer service

You have your A-levels in your pocket and are interested in business
You are motivated and have a confident demeanour
You have strong communication skills, are committed and team-orientated
You are characterised by friendliness and enjoy working with people. A careful way of working and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you
You are creative and have a passionate interest in furniture
You are no stranger to reliability and teamwork
