If you agree to the "Marketing & Statistics Cookies" in our consent tool, you consent to the following data processing and the possible transfer to countries outside the European Economic Area. These countries may not have the same level of data protection and the enforcement of your rights may be restricted or not possible:

On this website, we continue to use Google Analytics, a web analysis service operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics also uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on the user's end device (PC, mobile phone, tablet, etc.). These cookies make it possible to analyse the user's use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website by the customer is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We also use the "Google Signals" function within Google Analytics. This makes it possible to collect cross-device user data and thus better analyse user behaviour across different devices. This allows personalised advertising and remarketing functions to be improved.

Google will use this information on our behalf to analyse the use of the website by the user, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

The user can prevent the installation of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; in this case, however, not all functions of this website can be used to their full extent.

12. use of Google Ads

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the success of our advertising measures. If certain goals ("conversions") are achieved on our website, such as the completion of an order or registration for our newsletter, Google records the achievement of this goal. This allows Google to measure the number of target achievements. In addition, cookies previously set by Google are only used to allocate adverts that have already been clicked on and are therefore absolutely necessary to achieve the target. Google processes this data on servers in the USA, but does not merge it with personal data in your Google account.

13. use of the Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager on our website, a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Google"). Google Tag Manager is a tool with which we can manage website tags via an interface. The tool itself does not implement cookies and does not collect any personal data. It merely triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data under certain circumstances. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the efficient management of tags that are necessary for the operation and optimisation of our website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

You can find more information about Google Tag Manager in Google's usage guidelines at: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.

14. e-mail newsletter data

We require an email address from you in order to send you our newsletter. Verification of the e-mail address provided is necessary and you must consent to receiving the newsletter. Additional data is not collected or is voluntary. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter.

The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent, simply send us an informal email or unsubscribe via the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the cancellation.

Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted in the event of cancellation. If this data has been transmitted to us for other purposes and elsewhere, it will remain with us.

15. YouTube integration for the display of video content

Our website uses YouTube plugins to integrate and display video content. The operator of the corresponding plugins is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When a page with an integrated YouTube plugin is accessed, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which of our pages you have visited.

YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile if you are logged into your YouTube account. You can prevent this by logging out beforehand.

The use of YouTube is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers.

Details on the handling of user data can be found in YouTube's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

The legal basis for the processing of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest of the provider is to offer a user-friendly and effective website.

16. use of Mouseflow

We use Mouseflow on this website, a web analysis service provided by Mouseflow ApS, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark. The following data is collected: anonymised IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, pages visited and time spent on the site. Keyboard entries are only recorded in non-excluded form fields, without recording sensitive or personal data. Mouseflow processes the data exclusively in anonymised form and cannot identify users personally.

The data processing is based on your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you give via the cookie consent banner. No data is collected before Mouseflow is activated. An order processing contract in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR exists with Mouseflow. You can object to the data collection at any time and deactivate the recording via the following opt-out page: https://mouseflow.com/de/opt-out/.

You can assert your rights to information, correction and deletion of the data either with us or directly with Mouseflow at datenschutz@mouseflow.com.

17. integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge

Trusted Shops widgets are integrated on this website to display Trusted Shops services (e.g. seal of approval, collected reviews) and to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a balancing of interests, in optimal marketing by enabling secure shopping in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer from Trusted Shops AG, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne ("Trusted Shops"), with which we are jointly responsible under data protection law in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. In the context of this data protection notice, we inform you below about the essential contents of the contract in accordance with Art. 26 para. 2 GDPR.

Within the scope of the joint responsibility existing between us and Trusted Shops, please contact Trusted Shops in case of data protection questions and to assert your rights using the contact options provided in the data protection information. Irrespective of this, you can always contact the controller of your choice. If necessary, your enquiry will then be forwarded to the other responsible party for a response.

1. data processing when integrating the Trustbadge / other widgets

The Trustbadge is provided by a US CDN provider (Content Delivery Network).

An adequate level of data protection is ensured in each case by an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, which can be accessed here for the USA. Service providers used from the USA are generally certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Further information can be found here. If the service providers used are not certified under the DPF, standard contractual clauses have been concluded as a suitable guarantee.

When the Trustbadge is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. The IP address is anonymised immediately after collection so that the stored data cannot be assigned to your person. The anonymised data is used in particular for statistical purposes and for error analysis.

2. data processing after order completion

After the order has been completed, order information (order total, order number, product purchased if applicable) and your e-mail address hashed using a cryptological one-way function are transmitted to Trusted Shops. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. This serves to check whether you are already registered for services with Trusted Shops and is therefore necessary for the fulfilment of our and Trusted Shops' overriding legitimate interests in the provision of the buyer protection linked to the specific order and the transactional evaluation services in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. If this is the case, further processing will be carried out in accordance with the contractual agreement concluded between you and Trusted Shops. If you have not yet registered for the services, you will then be given the opportunity to do so for the first time. Further processing after registration is also based on the contractual agreement with Trusted Shops. If you do not register, all transmitted data will be automatically deleted by Trusted Shops and a personal reference is then no longer possible.

Trusted Shops uses service providers in the areas of hosting, monitoring and logging. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation. Processing may take place in third countries (USA and Israel).

An adequate level of data protection is ensured in each case by an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, which can be accessed here for the USA and here for Israel. Service providers used from the USA are generally certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Further information can be found here. If the service providers used are not certified under the DPF, standard contractual clauses have been concluded as a suitable guarantee.
