If you consent to "Marketing & Statistics cookies" in our consent tool, you consent to the following data processing and the possible transfer to countries outside the European Economic Area. These countries may not have the same level of data protection and the enforcement of your rights may be restricted or not possible:

On this website we also use Google Analytics, a web analysis service operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics also uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on the user's device (PC, mobile phone, tablet, etc.). These cookies make it possible to analyse use of the website by the user. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website by the customer is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

In addition, we use the “Google Signals” function within Google Analytics. This enables the collection of cross-device user data and thus better analysis of user behaviour across devices. This allows personalised advertising and remarketing functions to be improved.

On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate use of the website by the user, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide us with other services relating to website and Internet use. The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

The user can prevent the installation of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; in this case, however, it may not be possible to use all functions of this website in full.

In addition, cookies previously set by Google are used solely to assign ads that have already been clicked and are therefore essential for achieving the goal. Google processes this data on servers in the USA but does not merge it with personal data in your Google Account.

It only triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data under certain circumstances. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

Processing is carried out based on our legitimate interest in efficient management of the tags needed to operate and optimize our website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

You can find more information about Google Tag Manager in Google’s usage policy at: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, on our website.

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether data entered on our website (e.g., in contact forms or during the ordering process) comes from a human or from an automated program. For this, reCAPTCHA analyses the user’s behaviour on the website based on various characteristics. The analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the site. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g., IP address, time spent on the website, mouse movements, or device and browser settings). The data collected during analysis is sent to Google. The use of reCAPTCHA is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in protecting our website against abusive automated spying and spam.

To send our newsletter, we require your email address. Verifying the provided email address is required and you must consent to receiving the newsletter. Further data are not collected or are provided voluntarily. The data is used solely for sending the newsletter.

The data provided on newsletter signup is processed solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent, a simple email is sufficient or you can unsubscribe using the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The lawfulness of any data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

Data you enter to set up your subscription will be deleted if you unsubscribe. If this data was provided to us for other purposes elsewhere, it will remain with us.

16. YouTube integration to display video content

To integrate and display video content, our website uses plugins from YouTube. The operator of the respective plugin is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When you call up a page with an embedded YouTube plugin, a connection is established to YouTube's servers. YouTube is informed about which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out beforehand.

The use of YouTube is for an appealing presentation of our online offerings.

Details on the handling of user data can be found in YouTube’s privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest of the provider is to offer a user-friendly and efficiently operable website.

17. Use of Mouseflow

We use Mouseflow on this website, a web analytics service from Mouseflow ApS, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark. Mouseflow records user behaviour on our website, including mouse movements, clicks, scroll behaviour and form entries, in order to improve usability and optimize the website according to the needs of our visitors.

The following data is collected: anonymized IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, visited pages and time spent. Keyboard entries are captured only in form fields not excluded and without recording sensitive or personal data. Mouseflow processes the data exclusively in anonymised form and cannot personally identify users.

Processing of the data is based on your explicit consent per Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you give through the cookie consent banner. No data is collected before Mouseflow is activated. An order processing contract as per Art. 28 GDPR with Mouseflow exists. You may object to the data collection at any time and deactivate the recording via the following opt-out page: https://mouseflow.com/de/opt-out/.

You may exercise your rights to access, rectification and erasure of the data either with us or directly with Mouseflow at datenschutz@mouseflow.com

18. Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge

To display Trusted Shops services (e.g., quality mark, collected reviews) as well as to offer Trusted Shops products for buyers after an order, Trusted Shops widgets are embedded on this site. This is to protect our, within the context of a balancing of interests, predominant legitimate interests in optimal marketing by enabling secure shopping, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offering of Trusted Shops AG, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne (“Trusted Shops”), with whom we are jointly the legally responsible controller for data protection within the meaning of Article 26 GDPR. We hereby inform you within these data protection notifications in the following about the material contractual content according to Art. 26 para. 2 GDPR.

Within the framework of joint responsibility existing between us and Trusted Shops, for data protection questions and to assert your rights, please preferably contact Trusted Shops using the contact options provided in the privacy information. Irrespective of this, you can always contact the controller of your choice. If appropriate, your request will then, if necessary, be forwarded to the further controller for answer.

1. Data processing when embedding the Trustbadge / other widgets

The Trustbadge is provided by a U.S. CDN provider (Content Delivery Network).

An adequate level of data protection is ensured in each case by an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, which can be retrieved here for the USA. Service providers from the USA used are generally certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Further information can be found here. If service providers used are not certified under the DPF, standard contractual clauses have been agreed as an appropriate safeguard.

When retrieving the Trustbadge, the webserver automatically stores a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the retrieval. The IP address is anonymised immediately after collection so that the stored data cannot be assigned to you. The anonymised data are used in particular for statistical purposes and error analysis.

2. Data processing after completion of an order

After completing an order, order information (order amount, order number, if applicable product purchased) as well as your email address, hashed by use of a one-way cryptological function, are transmitted to Trusted Shops. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. This is for checking whether you are already registered with Trusted Shops and is necessary for fulfilling our and Trusted Shops’ prevailing legitimate interests in providing buyer protection and transactional review services linked to the specific order in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. If this is the case, further processing is based on the agreement made between you and Trusted Shops. If you are not already registered, you will then have the opportunity to do so for the first time. Any further processing once registered will likewise be governed by the agreement with Trusted Shops. If you do not register, all data transmitted will be automatically deleted by Trusted Shops and a link to a person is then no longer possible.

Trusted Shops uses service providers in the areas of hosting, monitoring and logging. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation. Processing can take place in third countries (USA and Israel).

An adequate level of data protection is ensured in each case by an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, which can be retrieved here for the USA and here for Israel. Service providers in the USA are generally certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Further information can be found here. If service providers used are not certified under the DPF, standard contractual clauses have been concluded as an appropriate safeguard.
