For the fourth Advent: Win a practical Stanley set!

Competitions on the Facebook and Instagram pages are organised by Ehrmann Wohn- & Einrichtungs GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Möbel Ehrmann or organiser). By participating, the participant (hereinafter referred to as "the participant" for the sake of simplicity) agrees to these competition terms and conditions.

All persons who are over 18 years of age at the time of participation and have their residence in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. All employees of the organiser and their relatives as well as employees of affiliated companies (§ 15 AktG) are excluded from participation.

Participation in the competition requires sending a private message, and/or a comment, and/or a like and/or sharing the posting. All participants will be entered into a prize draw. After the competition period has ended, a winner will be drawn from the prize pot and notified of their win via Facebook/Instagram message.

If a participant does not respond to the prize notification within a short period of time, a new winner will be drawn from the prize pot.

Multiple participation is excluded.

The organiser is entitled to exclude persons from participation in the competition, particularly in the following cases, or to subsequently disqualify winners: influencing of the participation process, disruption of the process or the programme, harassment or threat to employees or other participants, (attempted) dissemination of illegal or immoral ideas. If the requirements for exclusion from participation are met, the organiser will not pay out or distribute any prize in this case; in the case of prizes already awarded, the organiser is entitled to reclaim them.

The organiser always endeavours to provide correct statements on the social media platforms or on the Facebook and Instagram pages or in the competition postings. However, the organiser is not liable for incorrect statements (e.g. erroneous information about the prize) or technical errors in connection with the prize decision. It should be noted that the social media platforms are not involved in the competition. The competitions are organised by Möbel Ehrmann.

The extent of the respective prize will be announced in the competition call or posting on the relevant Facebook or Instagram page. The prize will only be handed over by the organiser to persons who meet all the requirements of these conditions of participation, or the organiser will reclaim the prize if it subsequently transpires that the requirements for a prize are not met, particularly in the cases set out in clause 4. 

Prizes will not be awarded to minors.

A cash payment, exchange or conversion of the prize is not possible. If the prizes are personalised or bound to a name, e.g. guest list places, name-bound tickets or a personalised product, the transfer of the prize is not permitted. Participation in the event (if tickets or guest list places are won) is only possible by the winner and not by third parties.

The prize will be sent to the winner by post, unless otherwise stated in the competition posting.

To participate in the competition, it is essential that the organiser processes your personal data (e.g. surname, first name, address, email address, telephone number, mobile number) (i.e. collects, stores and uses them).

Reference to general data protection information: The organiser takes the handling of your personal data very seriously. All further information on data processing can be found in our general data protection information. 

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time - in particular in the event of force majeure and/or if the competition cannot be held or continued for organisational, technical or legal reasons. If the competition is cancelled or terminated for these reasons, participants have no claims against the organiser.

Legal recourse is excluded for the organisation of the competition, the prize decision and also the award or distribution of the prizes.
