We maintain close and personal contact with our employees and trainees. Team building is therefore particularly important to us, which is why we organise regular events for our trainees. With our trainee events, we want to bring together trainees from different departments or locations and promote cohesion and dialogue between them.
Excursion to the Rietburg
Our trainees were able to relax from their daily work routine and spend a good time together on an adventure day around the Rietburg railway.
Business dinner at the Hotel Achat
At our trainee event at the Achat Hotel in Neustadt, our trainees were rewarded with a 5-course meal, while at the same time learning how to behave appropriately during a business dinner in accordance with "etiquette".
